Once your dog has been chosen, a date mutually agreed upon is set up to personally deliver your dog to you. This service requires an additional delivery fee added to the price of the dog. When we deliver your dog, we will do the following: introduce him/her to family members (including other pets), introduce him/her to every area of the house, and establish a potty area. We then begin the owner/handler training sessions. During these sessions, you will practice with your dog and you will also have an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have. We have a specific routine set for each day we work with you and your dog. The introduction and training is presented gradually so that you (and the dog) are not overwhelmed by everything at once. By the end of all of the training sessions, you will be able to comfortably interact with your dog and he/she will respond to your commands (both verbally and/or by hand signals). We are so confident of our dogs that we even go with you to your dogs veterinarian for a comprehensive health and temperament evaluation.
